Design Constraints of Printer Friendly Page
- The printed version of an online page (The page sent to the printer), must be as close as is possible to the online version, fonts, styles and general layout. However it is a minimal version rendering B&W and the simple two-colour logo. This is to minimise the use of ink from the user’s printer. The styles are controlled by the CSS.
Example of printer friendly page:
- A new printer friendly Qantas logo or (site related logo) must be applied at the top left of the page.
