Adding Video's through Youtube
For adding video file from You Tube there is no set dimension as it is relative to the quality uploaded to youtube.
For example:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDWqGS71n04 = 425wx344h
Implementation is part of Teamsites Generic Detail and Generic Internationalisation Templates, content manager uses the "Embed" values provided by YouTube and puts it onto the template, and within those values the dimensions have already been defaulted.
Though, if the videos were implemented into the galleries template as proposed, this would restrict video view size to the 540wx360h.
